My experience with NothingBottFit has been the best thing for my mental and physical health. In 2019 and 2020 I got so busy with my business I forgot to take care of myself. I got tired of making excuses and decided to start this program in Nov. 2020. Going into training I told myself I was going to have the same mind set that I tell all of my clients to; Be consistent, remember good things take time and there is no quick fix. I wanted this more of lifestyle change not a fad diet that I would cheat on (like I always have). This program has taught me how to balance my food and be proud of any workout I complete. I have more energy than I ever have and feel so much better that I am taking care of myself. I have loved this program and highly recommend it! I’m excited to keep going on this journey with NothingBottFit.

I have been working out with Heather in person since the end of June. I am amazed at how good I feel since starting this new lifestyle. Heather makes your workouts tough, but customizes them to your individual needs and ability.

There are a couple of goals I had set for myself to hit this week and today I hit one of those goals! I watned to lose 50 pounds within my first year on the fire department and I made it! While I am still not happy where I am, it is a huge step in the right direction! In total since, I interviewed for the fire department I have dropped 67 pounds. Huge shoutout to NothingBottFit for helping me with my nutrition the last several months, you have stuck it out with me through all the random questions!

Left is first starting with NothingBottFit and right is a few months apart. My client started coming 1-2x for in person training where we focused on form and strength training. Now my client feels comfortable enough and confident to workout on her own through her customized online training program. She now enjoys working out and seeing the positive benefits that come from strength training!

Robin has done a great job over the last couple of months, focusing on her nutrition and working out to help her reach her weight loss goals! Over the months Robin has lost 10 pounds and inches around her waist and hips!
